Too many trips for one day

So first of all, David the tour guide and Lucian were wonderful and a joy to be around! David gave us a piece of history for each place that not a lot of people may know. So tour guide wise was great! I went with my husband and the experience left us with a bitter taste and wanting more at the same time. THREE TRIPS IS JUST TOO MUCH FOR ONE DAY. I suggest two but I understand these tours make a bigger profit by fitting more people into a bus than actually caring about seeing the place. When you arrive at Windsor, you perhaps think you have plenty of time to see the place, but between lines, waiting times and walking to and from the bus station, this took us time from the Castle tour itself and had to RUN through the whole thing in just 50 minutes or less! It's crazy! The same happened with Stonehenge and Oxford, you spend more time on the bus, but when you actually get there you have to RACE to see everything and barely enjoy it since you have such a SMALL time crunch. Again with the waiting times and walking. It's not like the bus arrives on site and the entrance to the places is within two steps. NO, you waste a lot of time hassling just getting there. I loved seeing all three sites, I just wanted MORE time to be there. Not all of want to take pictures.

An incredible last day of 2021 spent with Bruce, our tour guide!

We decided to book this trip to finish up 2021 and the experience was beyond incredible. Our guide, Bruce, had excellent knowledge on the sites and was very interesting and humorous - never a dull moment! If you split up the sites and visit yourself separately, you might be quite exhausting and time consuming, but this tour allowed the perfect amount of time to explore each site (in different UK cities) without us being overwhelmed by the transportation process. You hop on the bus and gets transported to each place in a timely manner, in comfort. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommended to those who are visiting the UK as well as those who are a local Londoner. My brother is a local and also really enjoyed the tour as it allowed ourselves to explore on our own. Thank you Bruce, and our driver Marius, who got us from place to place safe and sound. Please support your local tour guides and travel related businesses during COVID times! They really do their best to make the experience fun and the sites had less people/no cues (the only upside of Covid). The end of 2021 was complete with a big smile on our faces.

Perfect for one day!

Perfect! You don’t need to expend more time to enjoy those places. Maybe a little bit more in Oxford.

Too much for one day

Every part of this was excellent. The problem is it’s too much for one day. 2 sights in one day is a better choice

Great sights - AWFUL guide

The views and locations of the trip where incredible! As they would have been had we gone on our own without a guide. Other than the easy of transportation our guide was not very good. Within the first 10 minutes of the guide he had called New York a liar, the USWNT cheaters and Americans traitors. I’ve been on a plethora of other guided tours and this one by far was the worse. In addition to the insults, the mic on our first bus was broken so after Stonehenge we switched buses. Our bus drivers awful driving causes a member of my party to feel ill and when we were actually guided through somewhere (Oxford) our guide really only showed us the stuff he found interesting. Stonehenge, Windsor castle and university of oxford were incredible to see and explore!! I only wish our guide was more enjoyable.

worth the money

first of all we would like to commend our tour guide, the very eloquent and engaging EUGENE aka “EUGE” and our equally very good driver MARIUS. if not for them, we would not have rated the tour as such. The time allotted for the Windsor Castle (around 2 hours) was enough for a tour like this but because of the vast places to see inside the area, one will be overwhelmed and will get carried away forgetting the time allotment given for each tourist. The Stonehenge part was given enough time (around 40 minutes). The last part of the tour was the Oxford part and the time allotted for this walking tour is not enough (around1 1/2 hours). I guess you have to have another separate tour just for Oxford alone!Despite the limited time we had for Windsor Castle and Oxford, our tour guide gave us very extensive information which have compensated for the inadequate time we had for the tour. i would still recommend this tour highly to others and if they get the same tandem of tour guide and driver like ours I bet you are indeed in such good luck like ours! There is just one thing we forgot to ask them, how many years did it take for them to master their each craft (tour guiding for Euge and driving for Marius). We had such a good time and it was an early Christmas gift for us indeed!More power to you guys!Family of four, PhilippinesDecember 2018

good tour

For as distant as the individual sights are, we probably needed to start earlier to have more time at each site. The information was great and we got to Windsor and were able to see the changing of the Guard! Stonehenge was awesome, and the oxford tour was very insightful. I would do it again

A Great Trip

The itinerary was a good one. Would have liked more time at Windsor because we ran out of time on the headphone tour. We really liked Ivan. It was easy to see that he was kind and thoughtful, as well as a knowledgeable guide. We sat in the front of the bus and saw Chyral in action. Besides being a really good driver, she was courteous to other drivers and had just the best attitude toward life.
